Delivery Information

Whimsical Bloom is delighted to take orders from anywhere in the world, for delivery to anywhere in Pakistan. We offer same day delivery of fresh flowers and gifts within Lahore for orders placed before 6:00PM.

Deliveries across other cities in Pakistan are done within 2-4 business days. 

Orders will be delivered anytime during the day between 10:00AM to 10:00PM. All you have to do is specify the preferred delivery date and time when placing your order.

Whimsical Bloom offers free delivery in Lahore for any order above PKR 5000. The delivery is free for the rest of Pakistan if the order value is more than PKR 20000.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Customers can cancel their order within 1 hour for same day delivery or 24 hours before the dispatch date; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 30 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

 

If you wish to change your order information, or wish to cancel your order, please contact us the soonest via info@whimsicalbloom.com.

 

If the order is out for delivery, but has not reached its destination, we will aim to contact the driver to cancel the delivery. However, we will not be able to provide a refund of the product due to the nature of the highly perishable fresh products used

Refund Policy

In dealing with highly perishable fresh products, if in the unlikely case you are unhappy with your purchase at Whimsical Bloom, we will always listen and depending on the circumstances, we may refund the price of the product, resend a different gift of the same value or provide another solution. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the company management.

When a replacement or other solution is granted, we aim to have this resolved within 1 working day. When a refund is provided, please allow 30 working days for it to reach your account. The exact amount of days might differ depending on your bank. 

Our flowers and products will often be sent out packed carefully to ensure they arrive as fresh and beautiful, yet on occasions (and for reasons beyond our control) they may get damaged on the way to you. If you receive flowers that do not seem fresh or are damaged, please contact our customer service within the same day of delivery via info@whimsicalbloom.com and depending on the circumstances our team will get the product replaced or provide a full refund.
