Every order we send out is prepared fresh on the day of delivery — no pre-made batches, no cold storage, no compromises. Whether you're surprising someone in DHA, sending anniversary flowers to Bahria Town, or getting a last-minute birthday bouquet delivered to Gulberg, here is everything you need to know about how our delivery works.

Same-Day Flower Delivery in Lahore

We offer same-day flower delivery across Lahore, every day of the week. Place your order before 6:00 PM and your arrangement will be freshly assembled and dispatched the same day. Our florists work to order — meaning your bouquet is made the moment your order is confirmed, not pulled from a shelf.

Delivery Charges & Timing

Delivery charge: PKR 500 flat, anywhere in Lahore. No hidden fees. No minimum order requirement.

Delivery window: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, seven days a week.

Cutoff time for same-day delivery: 6:00 PM. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be scheduled for the next available slot.

When placing your order, you can specify your preferred delivery date and time window. We will do our best to honour your chosen slot exactly. For time-sensitive occasions — surprise deliveries, milestone moments, office celebrations — we recommend ordering as early in the day as possible to give us maximum flexibility.

How to Place Your Order

Online: Browse our flower bouquets, birthday flowers and gift boxes, anniversary flowers, or our full gifting collection. Add to cart, enter your delivery details and preferred time at checkout, and pay securely.

Via WhatsApp: Message us on 0327-8444468 with the product you'd like, the delivery address, recipient name, and your preferred delivery time. Our team will confirm availability and take care of the rest.

Personal message card: Add your message in the order notes at checkout. We will handwrite it on a card and include it with your arrangement, complimentary, always.

Surprise Deliveries

Planning a surprise? Just let us know in your order notes. Our delivery team will handle the arrival discreetly — coordinating with the recipient's household, building reception, or a trusted contact to ensure the moment unfolds exactly as you imagined. We have done this hundreds of times. Your surprise is safe with us.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it for same-day deliveries, or at least 24 hours before the scheduled dispatch for future-dated orders.

Amendments: Need to change the delivery address, time, or product? Contact us as early as possible — ideally before our team begins assembling your order.

Refunds: Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow up to 30 days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank.
