At Whimsical Bloom, every arrangement is prepared fresh for you. Because flowers are perishable and made to order, we follow a fair but firm policy that protects both the quality of your experience and the care we put into every bloom. If you have questions before placing an order, you are always welcome to review our Delivery Information or reach out to us directly.
When We Offer a Refund or Exchange
We will gladly offer a full refund or replacement if:
- Your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or in poor condition
- The wrong product was delivered
- Your order did not arrive within the promised delivery window
In any of these cases, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the arrangement. We will resolve it promptly, no back and forth, no unnecessary delays.
Cancellations
- Same-day orders: Cancel within 1 hour of placing your order
- Future-dated orders: Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled dispatch time
Cancellations requested outside these windows cannot be guaranteed once our team has begun preparing your arrangement. If you need to make changes, please also review what is covered in our Terms and Conditions.
How Refunds Are Processed
